The situation and perspectives of Serbian insurance market in relation to the global world insurance market

Abstract

Insurance, by definition, inplies dispersion in time as well as in space, which makes it global category. Domestic 
insurance market and insurance companies need to be ready and open for free competition in the global 
insurance market. The analysis of the domestic insurance market and the companies operating within it, and the 
comparison with developed insurance markets should provide answers about perspectives of domestic 
insurance.
