dynamic environment, the knowledge management is considered as a strategy to
gain competitive advantage. This concept comprehends the most important and
relevant issues related to the adaptation of the organization, its survival and its
competencies.
The objective of the research is to examine the significance and the
influence of the education level and the age of the employees on the knowledge
management implementation.
The research was conducted on the
telecommunication market in the Republic of Macedonia which is characterized as
an open and dynamic market. The research was carried out in 10 companies, to a
sample of 100 respondents – employees in these companies.
