Music is a part of our daily life and a nonverbal form of communication and transmission
of ideas through sounds and musical symbols. Within the musical executions that
happens in certain musical works one of the most important artistic tasks is the
conduction. The conductor because of the complex role must be a talented person with
a rare intuition. Before all, is necessary that such person must be a very good connoisseur
of symphonic, opera, instrumental, room music, etc. The ability of a conductor must be
focused in the interpretation that is related in creating a balance between technical and
musical side and these two together are inseparable from each other. The conductor,
not only should have absolute control over the orchestra and instruments in each group,
but also on auditions. The movement of the baton should be a clear and authoritative
signal for all orchestra. A good conductor should bring every detail in the concert, opera
or symphony. He should know the conclusion, the result of the conduction and also the
control over the orchestra.
