International transportation of goods according to the convention on the contranct for international carriage of goods by road (CMR)

Participation, effectiveness and efficiency of road transportation in
economic and social processes, depends on the development of road infrastructure, the organization of transport of goods, passengers and traffic and from the longterm policies of the state The international transportation within the international trade is regulated with conventions, customs and many other international regulations, since the state have ratified and is involved on an equal footing in international exchanges. In most European countries and wider the international road transport of goods is regulated by the Convention on the Contract for International Carriage of goods by Road-CMR. This international legal act regulates the legal – ownership relations with contracts on transporting goods by driver as a person and contractual relation on the side of who send the goods, respectively the receiver of the good. The conventions are applied for every contract for the transportation of goods by road charged in the case when the receiving and arriving country are different and are signatories of the conventions.
